Assign roles

After you have determined the meeting agenda, you are ready to assign meeting roles. Meeting roles can be assigned to different people based on the topic of the meeting. For example, if you are hosting a meeting about sales, you can have the lead salesperson host the meeting, with other salespeople joining by conference call.
